How do I charge the tracker?
Place the tracker on its magnetic charging dock and plug the dock into a USB-C power source. A full charge takes up to four hours, and most families charge every 24 to 72 hours.
Is this covered by the warranty?
A charger that stops working is covered by the Littlebird limited lifetime warranty for active members. Contact us with your order number. Lost bands and chargers, and bands that wore out, are not covered, which is what this page is for.
How long does shipping take?
